I have a wide experience in facilitating human integration processes in corporate transformation programs, engagement programs as well as in the design and delivery of effective leadership programs and interventions, ranging from large group events, customized team solutions and to one-to-one facilitation and coaching. I have considerable experience in working with board members, executives, senior managers and emerging managers.
German is my mother tongue. I lived in the US for 1 year and in France for 9 years, have travelled extensively and am experienced in delivering to and working with multicultural teams.
I hold a diploma in Business Management & Sports from the University Bayreuth in Germany, as well as a Masters in Management & Organizational Development from the University of Vienna in Austria. I am a certified European Business Coach as well as an accredited and certified MBTI and Belbin Coach. I worked in diverse areas of Human Resources Management in the Aerospace and Automotive Industries. I have held leading roles in HR Change Management, Leadership Training and Development, Organizational and Personnel Development, Global Talent Management and Diversity and gained sound experience as an HR Senior Business Partner before becoming a consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach.
